SCAD Museum of Art

The SCAD Museum of Art is the Savannah College of Art and Design's contemporary art museum that is accessible to students and the public in order to see work by some of today's artists. The aim of this project was to rebrand the museums logo and branding, while also communicating the museums engaging, creative, and inspirational environment.

Engagement

Curiosity

Creativity

The rebranded logo for the SCAD Museum of Art represents the distinctive glass rectangular prism that rises above the rest of the restored brick building, as well as the brick arches found all throughout the inside if the building, reminding visitors of the museums past history as a railway station. The colors represent how the museum is an engaging, creative, and inspirational environment for current students and the public.
