Visit Amsterdam
The city of Amsterdam is a popular tourist destination, attracting thousands of visitors every year. A lot of times these visitors have never been to the city, or even the country before. The scope of this project involved creating a tourist package to welcome visitors as the arrived to the city, portraying Amsterdam as a friendly place where people felt welcomed.
The tagline, “Kindness. Find it Here” allows visitors to know that Amsterdam is a city of kind people willing to help you wherever you are. Building blocks are used to create different visuals, such as tulips and the logo. All of the materials use a friendly, kind voice, welcoming you to the city.
As visitors arrive to Amsterdam at the airport, they are provided with a totebag, inside the totebag includes a free ride ticket on the Dutch Railways line as well as an illustrated map of the city with the most popular places to visit, dine, and shop at.
Once visitors are in the city, they can find one of the Visitor Assistance booths to obtain a canal route map, a visitor’s passport, and a coupon book. All of these items are to enhance the person’s experience of Amsterdam.
